You can religiously wash your face and apply sunscreen, use the best skincare products on the market, and otherwise take really good care of your complexion, but acne scars persist. At Rejuve Med Spa, we know how much scars can destroy confidence, and we can help get rid of your acne scars once and for all.
How Does Pixel Skin Resurfacing Work?
The FDA approved Pixel fractional laser technology for the purpose of reducing acne scarring, as well as sun damage, enlarged pores, and fine lines and wrinkles. Say goodbye to those blotchy pockmarks and hello to healthy, radiant skin. Pixel works by stimulating your skin’s healing properties by passing thousands of micro-perforations through a patented optics process. Pixel doesn’t remove the damaged skin like dermabrasion, traditional laser skin resurfacing, or chemical peels. Instead, Pixel perforates your skin’s surface only as deep as a few sheets of paper for easier recovery and reduced risk while still promoting collagen growth. Collagen is the skin’s best support system, tightening and firming your skin with structural support that improves texture, reduces scars, and returns your natural, youthful beauty.
Am I a Good Candidate?
The Pixel laser energy is not dependent upon skin type or pigmentation, so it’s suitable for all patients seeking to correct acne scarring and skin texture issues. Call us today for a consultation and personalized skin analysis.

Why Choose Rejuve Med Spa?
We utilize the state-of-the-art Visia skin analysis system, which gives us a 3D picture of your skin’s health from inside out. Using standard white light, cross-polarized flash, and UV photography, Visia exposes your complexion both at the surface and below. The data pinpoints skin irregularities, scars, wrinkles, vascular concerns, discoloration, texture unevenness, UV spots, and even bacterial and oil issues. This multi-spectral map of your skin gives our experienced team all the information necessary to create a comprehensive treatment plan customized for all your concerns, not just one or two.
Treatment and Results
An hour before your Pixel session, we’ll apply topical Lidocaine/Tetracaine for maximum comfort. The procedure takes between 30-60 minutes, and we recommend 3-5 treatments for the successful reduction of acne scars, scheduled 3-4 weeks apart.
1-3 days after your treatment, you’ll experience redness and swelling, followed by 5-7 days of peeling as your skin heals and generates new, scar-free tissues. We provide a complete aftercare regimen to help with your recovery. Following your peeling period, your acne scars will be less stark, smoother to the touch, and shallower as new skin fills in pockmarks. Improvement continues for 6 weeks after every treatment as collagen rebuilds, with your best results showing 6 months after your final session.
The Rejuve Med Spa team does not believe in selling unnecessary treatments, and we are not paid on commission. Your comprehensive consultation is all about you and not our bottom line. It’s why Rejuve Med Spa is the premier cosmetic rejuvenation clinic in the North Dallas area.
