How Often Should I Get a HydraFacial?

How often you get a Hydrafacial depends primarily on your skin type and concerns. Some people require repeat treatment every two weeks, while others do better receiving it every four.

Please note, not all people need to follow the same treatment regimen. Aestheticians at Rejuve Med-Spa can help you select a program that maximally benefits your complexion.

What is HydraFacial?

A Hydrafacial is a multifaceted skincare intervention that cleanses and exfoliates the skin and nourishes it with nutrients. Facial rejuvenation ingredients include hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, and peptides – all compounds with demonstrable clinical efficacy.

HydraFacials produce immediate results. Skin will immediately appear smoother, more supple, and more plumped. Pigmentation, fine lines, and wrinkles appear reduced. And pores also get tighter, especially if you make HydraFacials a regular part of your beauty routine. Critically, HydraFacials engage the skin’s innate capacity for rejuvenation, stimulating changes that enhance treatment’s direct effects over time.

HydraFacials work simply and intuitively. Aestheticians apply an abrasive vacuum tip loaded with serums to the face. This device helps to remove top layers of skin and nourish those beneath. Antioxidants, for instance, can help bolster the skin’s natural defenses against aging and sun damage. And hyaluronic acid helps it appear more plump and youthful.

HydraFacial Schedule

For best results, Rejuve Med-Spa recommends that patients receive multiple Hydrafacials throughout the year. Over time, the harder outer layers of the skin can build up, requiring periodic removal. Skin-enhancing serums also absorb into the body, necessitating regular replacement. Repeated applications help maintain results and keep the skin looking fresh and youthful.

A typical HydraFacial Schedule involves returning to our clinic every two to four weeks. Regular application of the abrasive tip removes any accumulated dead skin cells on the surface and reimpregnates the dermis with fresh rejuvenating compounds.

If you have a very hectic schedule and can’t commit to regular treatments once per fortnight to once per month, you may still be able to benefit from HydraFacials. Some people can maintain their results by returning to the clinic just two times per year. HydraFacial treatments typically take around 50 minutes and can be a perfect treatment before important events, like weddings.

The effects of HydraFacials are cumulative. Your skin will improve with each treatment. Hyperpigmented areas will appear reduced and fine lines will diminish as the rejuvenating agents get to work below the surface.

Some people like to schedule their HydraFacials for the summer and winter months to counteract seasonal changes in their complexion. Ultimately, the schedule is flexible, but people who seek regular treatment typically fare the best.

Am I a Candidate for HydraFacial?

If your skin is showing signs of damage, then you might be a good candidate for HydraFacial. UV rays, environmental pollutants, and free radical damage can all eventually take their toll. Fortunately, HydraFacials help you turn back the clock and achieve a better complexion.

I am currently undergoing a series of laser treatments with Kinsey and I couldn’t be more pleased. She is professional and always sets me at ease. I highly recommend Rejuve.
