Stubborn fat is not a discipline problem. The pockets that collect around the abdomen, flanks, inner thighs, and under the chin often resist even the most consistent diet and exercise routine. Fat removal in Dallas with Rejuve Med-Spa is not about dramatic transformation; it is about precisely targeting what healthy habits alone cannot fix. At Rejuve Med-Spa, we offer a dual approach: non-invasive fat reduction to permanently eliminate stubborn fat cells, and BBL skin rejuvenation in Dallas to improve the tone, texture, and quality of the skin in treated areas. Together, these two modalities address both what is beneath the skin and what is on top of it.
Whether you are considering CoolSculpting vs. laser lipo for a specific area, Kybella® for a double chin, or BroadBand Light therapy to refresh skin damaged by years of North Texas sun exposure, our team builds a plan around your anatomy, not a generic protocol.
Individual results vary.
Stubborn fat treatments at Rejuve Med-Spa start with a thorough assessment tailored to your body. Not every treatment suits every patient, as factors like fat density and skin laxity vary. This careful evaluation is why patients from North Dallas, Southlake, Frisco, and the DFW Metroplex trust Rejuve Med-Spa for their body-contouring goals.
At Rejuve Med-Spa, the non-surgical BBL uses Radiesse® and Sculptra® fillers to enhance buttock volume and shape while stimulating collagen. Results take 4 to 6 months to develop, last up to 2 years, and typically require 3 to 4 sessions spaced 6 to 12 weeks apart. For patients in Dallas exploring body-contouring options that address both fat and shape, non-surgical BBL pairs seamlessly with our fat-reduction services.
CoolSculpting® uses controlled cooling cryolipolysis to freeze and permanently destroy fat cells in targeted areas. The body naturally eliminates treated cells over 2 to 3 months, making it a non-invasive option for reducing fat in areas like the abdomen, flanks, inner thighs, upper arms, and chin.
Laser lipo uses targeted heat to liquefy fat cells, which the body can then eliminate. It's ideal for slightly larger areas and provides skin-tightening benefits. Most patients return to their routine within 24 to 48 hours.
Kybella® is an FDA-approved injectable that permanently destroys fat cells beneath the chin with no incisions or anesthesia. Most patients complete two to four sessions for optimal results. Explore our full range of injectable treatments at Rejuve Med-Spa.
This is one of the most common questions our team addresses, and the answer depends on your anatomy.
CoolSculpting® is the right fit if you:
Laser lipo is the better choice if you:
BBL skin rejuvenation treatments in Dallas use Broadband Light technology to improve skin tone and texture and reduce sun-damaged areas and redness, especially on the arms, abdomen, chest, and legs, which often show years of UV exposure.
BBL delivers targeted light pulses to correct pigment irregularities, boost collagen, and enhance skin quality. When combined with fat-reduction procedures, BBL photofacial therapy ensures the skin looks as good as its underlying contour, making it a premier body-contouring option at Rejuve Med-Spa.

Yes, treated fat cells are permanently destroyed and do not regenerate, though maintaining a stable weight after treatment preserves your results long term.
In many cases, yes, your provider will assess which combinations can be performed together and which are better staged over time based on safety and treatment efficacy.
