Minimally invasive surgical procedure
At Rejuve Med Spa, we perform laser liposuction using the advanced VASERlipo™ system, a cutting-edge ultrasound-assisted technology that selectively targets and removes fat cells while preserving surrounding tissue. This innovative lipo laser treatment allows for smoother contouring, improved precision, and faster recovery compared to traditional liposuction.
The VASERlipo™ system gently breaks down fat deposits using tissue-selective ultrasound energy. Once liquefied, the fat is carefully removed, resulting in refined contours and natural-looking definition. Many patients report increased confidence shortly after seeing results begin to take shape.
Similar to AirSculpt®, this body sculpting treatment removes unwanted fat through a small access point near the treatment area. No large incisions, stitches, or general anesthesia are required. Patients remain fully awake during this same-day procedure and typically walk out feeling alert and comfortable. This minimally invasive approach makes laser lipo a popular option for fat removal in Dallas, TX.
Laser lipo is often completed in a single treatment, allowing patients to avoid the multiple sessions common with non-invasive fat-reduction options.
During your procedure, a medicated numbing solution called Tumescent is administered to the treatment area. This solution minimizes discomfort, reduces bleeding, and helps shrink blood vessels to limit bruising. The VASERlipo™ device then delivers ultrasound energy to liquefy fat cells, which are gently suctioned out while leaving nerves, blood vessels, and connective tissue intact.
Treatment time varies depending on the number and size of areas treated, but most procedures take a few hours. Because local anesthesia is used, patients avoid the risks of general anesthesia while still benefiting from precise sculpting.
After lipo laser treatments, recovery is typically quick and manageable. Most patients return to work within one to two days. Light activity, such as walking, is encouraged soon after treatment to support circulation and healing.
Strenuous exercise, including weight training and high-impact cardio, should be avoided for two to three weeks. Swelling, bruising, and soreness are common but temporary and usually resolve within one to two weeks.
Our team provides detailed aftercare instructions and remains available throughout your recovery to answer questions and ensure your comfort.
Lipo laser treatment offers both cosmetic and lifestyle benefits, making it an effective solution for targeted fat removal and body contouring.

For patients seeking non-surgical body contouring, we may recommend alternatives such as CoolSculpting®, which freezes fat cells without incisions. You may also consider combining this stubborn fat solution with a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) for enhanced contouring and proportional balance.
Many patients notice visible improvement immediately after treatment, with continued refinement over the following weeks. Final before-and-after results typically appear within three to four months, as swelling subsides and the body adjusts.
This fat reduction procedure provides long-term fat reduction, as treated fat cells are permanently removed. Maintaining a stable weight through healthy nutrition and regular activity helps preserve your outcome. Patient satisfaction is high, and reviews frequently highlight improved confidence and body shape.
Most individuals seeking targeted fat reduction rather than weight loss are good candidates. Ideal patients are close to their goal weight and have realistic expectations.
This body sculpting treatment may not be recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions, including uncontrolled diabetes. During your consultation, our medical team will review your health history and goals to ensure your treatments are safe and appropriate for you.
