At Rejuve Med-Spa, we perform laser liposuction with the VASERlipo™ system, a cutting-edge device for ultrasound-assisted liposuction. Lipo Laser treatment is a gentle yet effective surgical procedure that precisely targets fat cells, and only fat cells, through patented tissue-selective ultrasound technology, which smoothly and safely breaks up fat deposits for easy removal.
The VASERlipo™ system allows our experienced cosmetic surgeon to sculpt and define your curves and body definition in a natural, realistic shape, even in those stubborn areas. Many of our clients report a boost to their confidence almost immediately after treatment!
Similar to AirSculpt®, Rejuve’s laser lipo treatment removes unwanted fat through a small hole made near the treatment area. No major incisions, stiches, or anesthesia. This means you are fully awake during this same-day procedure and able to walk out as awake as you were when you walked in. Downtime is minimal and in most cases, you are able to resume normal activity within 1-2 days.
Laser lipo is a single treatment, allowing you to avoid multiple visits like other fat reduction options. During treatment, the VASERlipo™ system will administer a medicated solution called Tumescent that will numb the treatment area and shrink the blood vessels, which helps minimize bruising and recovery time. The VASERlipo™ system then liquefies the fat cells with ultrasound energy, which are then gently suctioned out while leaving surrounding tissue untouched.
Treatment time with laser lipo varies depending on the treatment area but typically takes a few hours. By utilizing Tumescent to numb the treated area locally, clients are able to remain totally awake during the procedure, reducing any risks associated with general anesthesia.
After lipo laser treatments, you will need to take some time to rest and recover. Clients can usually return to work one to two days after treatment. You may resume light activities such as walking or errands shortly after your procedure. Strenuous physical exercise, such as weight training or running, can be resumed after two to three weeks.
It is essential to listen to your body and take your recovery at your own pace, making sure not to over-exert yourself. You can reach out to our knowledgeable staff at Rejuve Med-Spa if you have any questions or concerns during your recovery. After lipo laser treatments, you may experience swelling, bruising, or soreness in the treatment area, but this typically fades within one to two weeks.
lipo laser treatments is an excellent treatment for reducing excess fat and contouring your body. Lipo laser treatment is an ideal for the following areas:
One of the benefits of VASERlipo™ is that clients typically only need one treatment. There is also substantially less risk associated with ultrasound-assisted liposuction in comparison to traditional liposuction. However, if you are interested in body sculpting treatments but would like a non-invasive alternative, CoolSculpting® may be an ideal treatment for you.
Many clients see initial results immediately after treatment and final results around three to four months after their procedure. Your results may vary, however, depending on your unique goals and treatment plan.
Laser lipo is a long-lasting solution for eliminating excess fat. Laser lipo results are long-term, so long as you maintain a stable weight. You can preserve the outcome of your treatment by following a healthy lifestyle and habits.
