Laser lipo is a single treatment, allowing you to avoid multiple visits like other fat reduction options. During treatment, the VASERlipo™ system will administer a medicated solution called Tumescent that will numb the treatment area and shrink the blood vessels, which helps minimize bruising and recovery time. The VASERlipo™ system then liquefies the fat cells with ultrasound energy, which are then gently suctioned out while leaving surrounding tissue untouched.

Treatment time with laser lipo varies depending on the treatment area but typically takes a few hours. By utilizing Tumescent to numb the treated area locally, clients are able to remain totally awake during the procedure, reducing any risks associated with general anesthesia.

After laser lipo, you will need to take some time to rest and recover. Clients can usually return to work one to two days after treatment. You may resume light activities such as walking or errands shortly after your procedure. Strenuous physical exercise, such as weight training or running, can be resumed after two to three weeks.

It is essential to listen to your body and take your recovery at your own pace, making sure not to over-exert yourself.
